Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). 

1. Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

2. Refunds

If approved, then the refund will be processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

3. Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Online orders may not be returned or exchanged through Bristol’s physcial stores/ locations. Returns/ exchanges for online orders should be processed through email. Please reach us through bristolshoesph@hotmail.com with the subject line, ‘ONLINE ORDER: RETURN/ EXCHANGE.’ Please indicate your order number in the email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For COD payments, we will request your bank details for deposit of the refund.
